| Qualification Requirements: | Requires a degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent, with emphasis in Chinese cuisine. Have strong knowledge of Chinese cuisines. Have at least ten years of work related experience in cooking and supervising the production of fine-dining Chinese cuisine meals. Have knowledge of food and hygiene regulations (HACCP). Able to speak and understand Chinese and Korean is preferred. A team player and demonstrate organizational skills. Have excellent interpersonal skills and confidence, including great customer service skills. Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Flexible and willing to assist as needed to ensure all restaurant standards are met. Be able and willing to work in flexible shifts, days, evenings, weekend and holidays. |
