| Job Duties: | - Heavy cleaning duties such as sweeping, dusting, mopping, scrubbing, polishing, vacuuming, of laundry facilities including restrooms. - Routine cleaning and maintenance laundry equipment. - Routine check-up of water supply in tanks, ensure that there is adequate supply of water for daily use in laundry facilities. - Routine check-up of LPG supply in tanks, ensure that there is adequate supply of LPG for daily use in laundry facilities. - In the absence of maintenance personnel, perform minor troubleshooting of machine in order to assist customers who encounter some technical problems. - Safe operation of laundry equipment. -Assist customers in case of trouble in laundry equipment operations. - Estimate number of loads for washing and drying received from customers and compute corresponding amount of services. Return clean laundry to customers, present bills, and collect payments. -- Follow procedures for chemical cleaners, mix water/detergent or acids in containers to prepared cleaning solutions. - Assist customers in sale laundry and other merchandise. issue invoice, and receipt for sales. On a daily basis, notify mananagement for equipment needed for repair. - Requisition supply for laundry and parts for equipment maintenance. - Prepare daily summary of laundry report and remit to daily Accounting office. - Prepare daily summary of merchandise sales and remit daily to Accounting Office. At closing , ensure that the facilities are safe and properly secured. |
