Job Title: Assistant Hotel Manager
Job Duties: Assist in overseeing activities directly relating to the services the hotels provides to its customers, review financial statement, staffing patterns, sales & activities reports and other performance data to gauge productivity and goals achievement, monitor compliance with CNMI and federal regulatory agencies, help direct & coordinate department's financial & budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments & increase efficient and effective operations, ensure there is adequate training to meet goals & objectives, assist in developing strategic plans to maximize resources, help monitor performance of each department & subdivision of the hotel in compliance with health, occupation & safety requirements.

Qualification Requirements: Bachelor's degree in hospitality/hotel management, 5 years work experience managing 300+ room hotel and/or casino. Candidate must be able to successfully complete investigation by the Tinian Casino Gaming Control Commission and be issued a Casino Employee Registration / License.Added value: Cantonese / Mandarin speaker.
