| Job Duties: | Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Report to management regarding the finances of the company. Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts. Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology. Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting or other tax requirements. Supervise and train other accountants. Direct the preparation of regular and special budget reports. Analyze monthly department budgeting and accounting reports to maintain expenditure controls. Provide advice and technical assistance with cost analysis, fiscal allocation, and budget preparation. Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations. Summarize budgets and submit recommendations for the approval or disapproval of funds requests. |

Experience with MAS200, Opera, E-Golf, and Micros is desired. Must have excellent leadership ability. Must be dependable and trustworthy. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. |
