| Job Duties: | Repairs and maintains physical structure of an establishment. Replaces defective electrical switches and other fixtures. Paints structures, and repairs woodwork with carpenter’s tools. Repairs plumbing fixtures. Assembles, installs, and repairs pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems. Builds sheds and other outbuildings. Must able to observe a problem, determine its cause, and work out a solution. Requires ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively with concentration, alertness, and attention to details is required. And perform other related duties as assigned. Applicants must be physically fit. |
