Rooms Division Manager is required and preferably from a high volume hotel. Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and management team. Proficient with hotel property management system and computer software applications are essential. Must have profound knowledge in rooms management. Ability to speak and write in Japanese is preferred. Must be able to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays. |
