Job Title: Transportation Coordinator
Job Duties: Role Summary-Responsible for supporting the Transportation Supervisor/Management in the day-to-day operation by performing administrational and operational tasks. Key Activities of the role-Assist in achieving service excellence for valet operations. Establish and maintain effective employee relations and ensure that all tasks are executed timely according to standard set by the department. Maintain effective communication with Transportation Supervisor and other internal departments with any challenges that may arise. Attend and contribute to Transportation departmental meetings. Inform the Transportation Department on a daily basis of all relevant information on operational matters. Work with and coordinate with external agencies on transportation policies and practices for Best Sunshine. Assist Transportation Supervisor with operational planning and execution for major events on/around Best Sunshine. Assist in carrying out all bussing operational activities at Best Sunshine including customer grievance/complaint handling, and safety matters with regard to such operations. Ensure Team Members uniform and grooming standards maintained. Assist in enforcing safe work procedures for Team Members. Performs any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management.

Qualification Requirements: • Previous experience in Valet/Hospitality Operations desirable. • Able to speak, read and write English • Excellent guest relations and communication skills. High School or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior transportation coordinating / administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
