| Job Duties: | Pick up and deliver messages, documents, packages, and other items between offices or departments within an establishment or directly to other business concerns. Driving associates to and from requested destinations. Delivery and collection of business related errands. Taking Manager's and Associates to and from meetings. Mail collection and distribution. Pick up and drop off employees and guests to the airport and other locations. Provide passengers with assistance entering and exiting vehicles, and help them with any luggage. Follow relevant safety regulations and state laws governing vehicle operation and ensure that passengers follow safety regulations. Maintain records of vehicle service dates for repair and maintenance. Taking / renewing insurance for company owned cars. Handling vehicle maintenance. Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as regulating tire pressure and adding gasoline, oil, and water. Test vehicle equipment such as lights, brakes, horns, or windshield wipers, to ensure proper operation. Other related duties. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Knowledge of traffic laws. Must possess good communication skills in written and spoken English. Strong team work, loyalty, presence of mind and a polite and calm attitude. Ability to relate and interact successfully with a multicultural workforce at all levels is essential. Good coordinating skill and high degree of accuracy required. Ability to work under pressure. Must be able to work independently with a proactive approach. High School Diploma or equivalent. One to two years of work related experienced. Experience working in a similar role preferable. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. |
