| Job Duties: | Manages all food & beverage staff by recruiting, selecting, training, assigning, evaluating, supervising performance and carrying disciplinary action as needed in accordance with the Resort's policies and applicable laws. Manage all food and beverage outlets of the Resort, including but not limited to the restaurant, bar/lounge areas, catering and banquet facilities by ensuring that product quality and service standards are met. Prepares weekly forecasts and formulates budget and costs controls. |
