| Job Duties: | Establish daily performance goals regarding all daily tasks assigned throughout the day in the Resort's various restaurant outlets. Supervises F&B staff and provides feedback on performance reviews to the F&B Director. Prepare weekly working schedules for employees for all restaurant outlets. Prepares monthly F&B reports and forecasts and other assignments as may be directed by the F&B Director. |
