| Job Duties: | Basic duties and responsibilities shall include but not limited to the following: -Keeps premises of office building, apartment houses including yards and pools, and other commercial or institutional building in clean and orderly condition. -Cleans and polished lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim. -Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. -Gather and empty trash. -Do minor repairing and maintaining structures of commercial establishments using handtools and power tools, replaces defective switches and other fixtures, paints fixtures and repair woodwork. -Notify manager/owner concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems. -Requisition supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have an excellent knowledge in repairs and maintenance of office building, commercial space rentals, apartment houses including yards and pools and other commercial or institutional building. With a minimum of 1-2 years work related experience. Must have a valid driver's license and can drive manual automobile. Can work on flexible schedule including weekends, nights and holidays. |
