| Job Duties: | Take orders and serve food and beverage to patrons at tables in dining establishment. Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. Write paatrons' food orders on order slips, memorize orders or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff. Serves food or beverages to patrons and serve specialty dishes at tables as required. Present menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request. Clear tables or counter after patrons have finished dining. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High school diploma or equivalent. Need anywhere from a few days to a few months of training as wait staff. Ability to calculate figures, volumes and mathematical conversions. Ability to respond to common inquiries complaints from customers. Ability to write and speak clearly and effectively in English, multilingual desirable, preferably Japanese, Korean, and Chinese (but not required). Must be able to work flexible schedule including early morning hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. |
