| Job Title: | Gaming Floor Attendant |
| Job Duties: | To run the Electronic Gaming Machine floor to the highest standard of efficiency, security and customer's satisfaction, in accordance with the procedures and policies of the company. Assist the Gaming Floor Supervisors to carry out their nominated duties. Must ensure security of the floor and safety of equipment and report any undesirables or dangerous conditions to the Gaming Floor Supervisors. Accurately complete all Electronic Gaming Machine Reports as per procedures. Must immediately inform Gaming Floor Supervisors for all malfunctions of gaming machines. Ensure optimum electronic gaming machine operation and minimal machine downtime by informing Gaming Floor Supervisors immediately. Must have thorough knowledge of machine instructions and codes. Must not carry out any technical repairs. Adhere to all regulation in relation to Anti-Money Laundering filing reports as required. Ensure that the appearance of gaming machines are kept to a very high standard. Must be able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High school diploma, GED or equivalent plus anywhere from 3 months to 1 year of training and work as a Gaming Floor Attendant in a casino settings. Able to communicate in and possess a good command of both written and verbal English. Must have good math skills as all applicants will be tested. Must be a fast learner. Must be organized, self-discipline, good listener and problem solver. Works well under high stressful situation. Must be a team player. |
