| Job Duties: | Taking orders and serving food and beverages to patrons on the gaming floor and restaurant in the Club. Ensure high standard of appearance, cleanliness and presentation of the Club. Collect payment from customers and patrons. Write orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter order into computer for transmittal to kitchen staffs. Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales tax (if applicable).Check patrons identification to ensure that that they meet age drinking requirement. Serve food and beverages to patrons, and prepare or serve specialty dishes on the tables as required. Present menu to patron and be able to answer questions about the menu items, making recommendation upon request. Clean tables and counters after patrons have finished dining or drinking. Adhere to all regulations in relation to Anti-Money Laundering filing reports as required. Maintain impeccable dress and grooming standard at all times. Attend all rostered shift. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High school diploma. GED or equivalent plus anywhere from a few months to one year of training and experience as a waitress in a restaurant, hotel or casino setting. Good math skills (all applicants will be tested). Friendly, hospitable, service and people oriented, team player a must. Be able to communicate in and possess a good command of verbal and written English. Speaking Chinese, Korean or Japanese is advantageous. Must be self-discipline, good listener, problem solver, quick learner and a team player. Able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays. |
