| Job Duties: | Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.Develop or update project plans for information technology projects including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.Develop and manage WBS of information technology projects.Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.Communicate and coordinate with Local and International Telecommunications Provider regarding installation and disconnection of telephone lines and other related telecommunications requirements.Install and maintain various servers, this includes the Property Management System (Fidelio) Point of Sales System (Pixel Point/Peach Tree/Quick Books), PDC Server, Terminals Services Server, HR system, Call Accounting and Voice mail System. |

Knowledge of Networking/Cable Installation and Maintenance Knowledge of Telecommunications installation, programming and Maintenance (PABX, Modem, DSL modem..etc) Knowledge of Installation and maintainance of network facilities/devices. i.e. LAN and WAN, Internet and Email server. |
