| Job Duties: | • Responsible for overall project management. • Responsible for implementing projects in such a way as to promote and support the success and profitability of the brand. • Monitors budgeting including direct and indirect costs and notifies the General Manager of out of scope items and hours. • Works to ensure that billable utilization percentages as forecasted are maintained. • Executes project according to the timeline and budgets. • Manages the internal team accordingly. • Provides quality management based on the expectations of client. • Identifies possible red flags and alerts the internal team accordingly. • Initiates and reviews work assignments of internal team. • Initiates and measures the effectiveness of all strategies. • Assists and provides liaison for the General Manager and internal team. • Coordinates and participates in content planning. • Manages communications with the General Manager and internal team regarding initial and on-going information and status. • Creates and completes monthly client contract reports. • Delegates projects accordingly. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Education/Experience Requirement • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • 5-8 years of relevant job experience in the airline ground handling service industry. Knowledge/Skill Requirement • Project supervision and management. • Able and willing to work shifts, evenings, holidays, and weekends. Excellent oral and written communication skills preferably in English and Korean, or Chinese languages. Must be able to work under time pressure. |
