| Job Duties: | *Assist in the supervision and coordination of all aircraft service and ensuring these activities is performed in a safe manner in accordance and in compliance with all established Company, regulatory and local regulations. *Ensure the team has the appropriate resources available and holds them accountable for the work assigned/performed. *Liaises with the customer airline to resolve concerns regarding flight handling. *Assist to develop and support standard work and continuous improvement processes. *Oversee and support the performance of the team. *Oversees the maintenance of proper documentation as required by airline customer/client. Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be required. |

| Qualification Requirements: | *Associate’s Degree in related field or comparable work experience preferred. *Three (3) years equivalent work experience. *Knowledgeable in FAA, ICAO, IATA, TSA, local airport and airline regulations; *Conflict resolution and decision- making with the ability to lead is required; * Excellent written and oral communication skills; * Must be flexible to work any shift in a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends and holidays, * Must have a valid CNMI driver's license and a reliable means of transportation* Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification, * Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position |
