| Job Duties: | Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages, Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails, serve drinks to patrons, directly or through wait staff. Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol. Collect money for drinks served. Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations. Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment. Balance cash receipts. Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customers' excessive drinking by taking steps such as persuading customers to stop drinking, or ordering taxis or other transportation for intoxicated patrons. Plan and present bar menu, restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience. Comply with all food and beverage regulations. | Qualification Requirements: | 1 or more years experienced, High School Graduate or equivalent. Excellent knowledge in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks, proven working experience as a bartender. Computer literate, Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills, ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean, availability to work night time until 4:00 am with an often changing schedule. |
