| Job Duties: | Duties: Manages assigned operational functions consistent with the strategic plan and vision for the department social program, division and property. Manages a team for advocacy of corporate social responsibility and corporate citizenship; influence business strategies to gain better alignment with the interests of local communities Manages the development of in-depth understanding and promote awareness of local affairs and key community issues Manages and implement corporate social responsibility programs in areas such as education, employment and environment to deliver tangible benefits to local communities. Partner with community groups and volunteers, and promote employee participation Manages, implements and executes the strategy of company donations and ensure compliance with all applicable guidelines and regulations. Manages and monitors program expenses regarding daily operations and payroll.
