| Job Title: | Airport Concession Supervisor |
| Job Duties: | The Airport Concession Supervisor position is responsible and accountable for the supervision, organization, and assistance, if necessary, in the preparation of food items in accordance with the company standards and airlines specification. The position ensures that its staff keeps work areas in good sanitary condition; requisitioning food items and disposable items; and stores/rotates food item properly. The position also is involved in the management and organization with regards to either accepting coupons from business class passengers entering the VIP Lounge, inclusive of accepting monies for non-business class passengers who choose to use this lounge. |
