| Job Duties: | Keeps premises of office building and facilities in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties. •Scrapes food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine. •Holds inverted glasses over revolving brushes to clean inside surfaces. •Washes pots, pans, and trays. •Sweeps and mops kitchen floors. •Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks. •Segregates and removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers. •Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans. •Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas. •Loads or unloads trucks picking up or delivering supplies and food. •Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim. •Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas. •Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floor. •Cleans rugs, carpets and furniture. •Dusts furniture and equipment. •Polisher metalwork. •Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork. •Washes windows, door panels, and sills. •Empties wastebaskets, and empties and cleans ashtrays. •Transports trash and waste to disposal area. •Replenishes bathroom supplies. •Replaces light bulbs. •Cuts and trims grass when necessary. •Transports small equipment or tools between departments. •Sets up tables and chairs. •Performs other duties as may be required by the mission of the company. |
