Trouble shoot and assist guest with their slot machines issues and perform minor gaming machine malfunctions Reporting an machine operational or technical issues to appropriate technical support personal Ability to accurately explain carious game combinations payouts and jackpots. Slot Cashier Must provide friendly, efficient, and courteous service to all internal and external customers. Process all slot cashier transactions on a shift basis accurately and efficiently. | Qualification Requirements: | Slot Attendant High School Diploma or equivalent, with 12 months to 24 months of previous successful work-related experience with Guest Services in a casino, electronic gaming or lounge, or any combination of experience, education or training where guest service is demonstrated. Must be able to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Able to communicate good command of verbal and written English, second language preferred as Chinese, Korean and Japanese. Slot Cashier High School Diploma or equivalent, with good communication skills. Minimum of 1 year experience in handling money. Demonstrate knowledge of BSA Title 31 Chapter X or the ability to pass exam after training. Must be fluent in English, second language preferable. Must be able to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays. Able to stand for long periods of time. MUST BE ABLE TO SECURE A CNMI GAMING LICENSE. |
