| Job Duties: | The Food Service Supervisor assists the Operations Manager for ensuring that the respective shift of the operations department are working in a coordinated and timely manner, with special emphasis on keeping track of staff assignments and distribution of resources in the department, as well as making sure sufficient staff is available on every shift to meet all flight requirements. |
