| Job Duties: | Reconcile Flash Report based on daily Micros Report. Prepare daily and monthly Sales Journal. Manage cash reconciliation of totals per POS Micros report vs Banking Manifest. Prepare Employee Labor Details Report and process payroll. Verify and record Vendor Invoices and process check disbursement. Conduct inventory count. Compute taxes, prepare various management reports, and ensure safekeeping of documents of daily transactions. Prepare schedules and analyses needed by external auditor, and perform other tasks to be assigned by immediate superior. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, foreign equivalent acceptable. Hands on. Self-starter Able to work with little supervision. Minimum of 5 yrs. experience in similar position. Familiar in the preparation of Financial Statements. Familiar with the preparation of Payroll Process, Taxes, Micros,Peachtree and exceptional skills in MS Excel and Word. Result and detail oriented. Able to work with strict deadlines |
