| Job Duties: | Establishing and executing quarterly / annual purchasing plans for regular and urgently needed supplies and materials Accounting, managing and reporting monthly / quarterly / annual purchases Annual negotiations and maintenance of the purchase price of supplies and materials Ordering purchases, inspecting deliveries and returning / refunding defective items Selecting suppliers, conducting market research and negotiating purchase terms and prices Developing new supplies and supplies Developing plans to increase quality and / or reduce costs, whenever applicable Developing and enforcing departmental purchase request policies Prompt distribution of purchased items to relevant Department and Teams Maintaining supplies in storage at the General Affairs Team Cooperating with various Teams in regular inventory inspections Developing and implementing cost reduction policies and asset / inventory management policies (in prior consultations with the Finance & Planning Team) Negotiating and maintaining all purchasing related contracts Overseeing all assets of the company, including real estate (in cooperation with the Finance & Planning Team and the Accounting Team) Establishing and implementing fixed asset management system Overseeing all inventory (including purchasing storage) Inspecting incoming material and assets and overseeing all distribution for purchasing storage Disposing stockpiled / unused / unsold material (liquidating and/or destroying) Managing and operating the corporate cellular phones, company vehicles, and their returns Negotiating vehicle leases and purchases Maintaining, upgrading and expanding all network / data / information systems, including hardware, software, server and network equipment Overseeing confidential data protection policies . Perform other related duties as assigned. |
