Job Title: Fast Food Restaurant Manager
Job Duties: • Directing and coordinating all activities of a Fast Food Restaurant. • Organize and direct worker training programs, resolve personnel problems, assess staffing needs, interview, hire and train new employees, and evaluate employee performance. • Implement company policies, goals, and objectives, develop or implement product marketing strategies including advertising campaign or sales promotions. • Monitor compliance with sanitation, health, and safety regulations regarding food preparation and serving, maintenance of kitchen, food storage, and dining areas. • Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes and garnishing, and presentation of food to ensure that food is prepared and served in strict compliance to set standards. • Review work procedures and operational problems to determine ways to improve service, performance, or safety. • Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality and customer service.

Qualification Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Administration or Hotel & Restaurant Management  At least 8 years work experience as Fast Food Restaurant Manager • Must have hands-on experience operating various fast food kitchen equipment, knowledge of food product portion costing and CNMI Gov’t. food safety and sanitary standards. • Must have the ability to independently learn how to prepare new menu products based on set standards provided by Yum Brands • Must be available and dependable for flexible scheduling of work hours including holidays  Police clearance required
