| Job Duties: | Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics and computer-generated reports. Establish and coordinate maintenance and safety procedures, service schedule and supply of materials required to maintain equipment. Oversee installation, operation, maintenance and repair to ensure equipment are functioning according to specifications. Install, service and repair of air conditioners, refrigerators, freezers & coolers, Central Air-conditioning, Refrigeration and Ventilation Systems. Repair and service of Chilled Water Air-conditioning System. Perform repair and trouble analysis of VAV & VVT Control Systems and electronic systems & controllers. Perform Computer based Control System. Installs air ducting system. Performs electrical trouble shooting for aircon and refrigeration units and electrical appliances. Analyze test data and prepares report for evaluation. Install system in customer premises and test operational performance compliance with contract specifications and applicable codes. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Minimum 5-year work experience required. 4-year Bachelor of Science degree from reputable College or University. Must possess good communication skill. ER Preference: Must be a graduate of 4-year course on Air-conditioning and Refrigeration or Equivalent. With a minimum two (2) years experience on repair and maintenance of walk-in cooler, walk-in freezer, display case freezer & coolers, reefer containers and air conditioning units ranging from 10 to 50 ton, VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume)air conditioning unit & VFD (Variable Frequency Drive. Knowledgeable on Building Management System. O-Net: Title Job Zone Three: Medium Preparation Needed Overall Experience Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required for these occupations. For example, an electrician must have completed three or four years of apprenticeship or several years of vocational training, and often must have passed a licensing exam, in order to perform the job.
