| Qualification Requirements: | - Energetic, self-motivated, outgoing, hands-on, and willing to take the initiative, with very strong negotiation skills - Able to self-manage and goal and results driven - Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication, presentation and organizational skills - Demonstrates passion, persistence, creativity, and a determination to get things done - Have verifiable success in working in the legal, financial services, real estate, or 'immigrant investor' industries - Knowledge and experience of the 'immigrant investor' market is preferable but not essential - An undergraduate degree in Law, Business, Economics or Marketing is ideal - Willingness to travel - Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint - Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese |
