| Job Duties: | The SEA Assistant works in the Sports, Entertainment and Activities (SEA) department of the Pacific islands Club, Saipan (PIC). The SEA Assistant works alongside the Clubmate team. The Clubmates, along with the SEA Assistants, represent the image of PIC and are dubbed “the ambassadors of fun”. They assist hotel guests and visitors at several sports facilities and activities. The SEA Assistant is positive, courteous, friendly, energetic, organized, and entertaining. They are responsible to help PIC guests make the most of their stay. The following are the SEA Assistant duty areas: Tennis Center, Waterslide Attendant, Beach Center, Climbing Wall, Information Center, Archery /Golf Range, Shows, Kids Club, Kids Lounge, Fitness Center, Adventure Ride and Mascot. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Applicants must be able to pass all required skills/tests for the American Red Cross First Aid, CPR and AED certificate. . Energy and enthusiasm are required to deliver the lessons and activities offered by the hotel. Ability to comprehend and speak Japanese, Korean, Russian or Chinese language is preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills are essential along with punctuality and an upbeat personality. The position requires the ability to work under pressure and time constraints. The applicant must be able to work under flexible schedule including early morning hours, nights, weekends and holidays. |
