| Job Duties: | Water treatment technician must be able to perform a number of tasks that requires a high degree of knowledge and experience to properly operate and maintain the system, operational knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, knowledge of theory of fluid dynamics, know the specific operations of the water treatment and distribution, be familiar with infection control of hemodialysis facilities, be familiar with safety and life safety policies, understand the plumbing code and plumbing and hemodialysis techniques, be able to demonstrate safe working techniques for working with pressure vessels for hemodialysis, pass the U.S. environmental Protection Agency Test for certified water treatment and distribution operators level II preferred, be able to demostrate proper plumbing and hemodialysis techniques especially when working with pvc, extensive experience of disposal of hazard waste per protocol, solar panel maintenance/construction with solester inverter experience. accepts and performs all other duties as may be assigned |
