| Job Title: | Housekeeping First-Line Supervisor |
| Job Duties: | • Oversee housekeeping department in the daily operation with the coordination of the Supervisors. • Inspect the rooms cleaned earlier by the other housekeepers. • Ensure that the cleanliness of the room is up to the standards of the company. • Search for dust, loose hairs, incorrectly folded linens, check thoroughly from top to bottom, going inside the drawers, searching underneath the beds. • Assist in managing and directing of day to day operation. • Responsible in creating and schedule and monitor housekeepers’ payroll. • Provides support in all areas of such as staff training, coaching, counseling and also enforces to the hotels standard operating procedures. • Confer with staff to resolve performance and personnel problems, and to discuss company policies. • Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure that the services are provided in an efficient and timely manner. • Co-ordinate with Front Office, Sales & Marketing and sending room’s discrepancy lists. • Select, staff, recruit, hire and train qualified housekeeping candidates. • Record data concerning work assignments, personnel actions, and time cards, timesheets, and prepares periodic reports, room occupancy, payroll expenses and department expenses including department inventory. • Prepare annual housekeeping budget. • Prepare store requisition, purchase other supplies and equipment. • Take actions on any guest’s complaints and also share compliments with staff members. • Participate in and enforces quality assurance for the department and cost control measures. • Perform other tasks as determined and assigned by Operations Director or General Manager. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High School Diploma, Hospitality related course or equivalent. At least 6 months to a years of work experience in the relate field. Knowledge of principles and process for providing customer and personal service including handling large group of arrivals, planning, organizing, and developing of the overall operation of the housekeeping department in accordance to the federal law and local standards and guidelines along with assuring the highest degree of quality guest care. Process working knowledge of rooms management system and advanced knowledge of housekeeping process and procedures. Knowledge and ability to supervise, experience performing housekeeping duties, hardworking, leadership ability, keen observation skills, and be detail oriented. Willing to work under pressure with the specified number of rooms and duties assigned in everyday. Computer Literate. Be able to stand prolonged period of time and must possess a friendly and good manner. Willing to work in flexible shifts, days, weekends and holidays. |
