| Job Duties: | Performs minor and major repair of all buildings and equipment. Performs preventive maintenance procedure on building mechanical/ AC equipment on a scheduled basis, inspects belts,check fluid levels,replaces/clean AC filters, repairs or replaces broken parts. Replace broken windows, repairs doors, door locks and closet,install windows blinds. completes daily, weekly and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance procedures and maintains records of schedules maintenance procedures. install electrical wiring and equipment, new electrical services,wiring during remodeling projects,replaces or repairs wiring as needed.perform building repairs to include carpentry works,plumbing, sewer cabinets and furniture. install or repair computer cables for computer and TV. Perform construction work to include drywall,acoustic ceiling, painting,fencing,roofing,cabinet making etc. |
