| Job Duties: | • Assist in building structures for residential, business, and construction sites. • Participate in demolitions. • Work underground in tunnels and sewer systems. • Remove trees and debris. • Service machines, including pumps, compressors, generators, tractors, and trailers. • Mix concrete. • Pump concrete, grout, cement, sand, or plaster. • Use spray guns for application of material to ceilings or walls. • Assist construction managers. • Read blueprints and designs. • Dig trenches. • Install sewer, water, and storm drainpipes. • Pour concrete and asphalt onto roads/driveways. • Operate air, electric, and pneumatic drills. • Remove hazardous materials safely and according to regulations. • Operate jackhammers; earth tampers; concrete and plaster mixers. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Demonstrated ability to work in a construction environment • Extremely proficient in using hand and power tools • Physically dexterous to lift and handle heavy objects • Competent at performing routine manual labor tasks • Excellent attention to detail • Proven ability to understand and execute written instructions • Able to work in a team environment • Well versed in maintenance and cleaning tasks • Demonstrated ability to work in extreme weather conditions • Some experience operating a forklift and current certification a plus • Knowledge of handling hazardous materials and industry waste • Able to perform duties effectively in confined spaces |
