Job Title: Cashier (Information, Sports, Entertainment & Activities Department)
Job Duties: The SEA Cashier is responsible the daily operations of the Information Center. The SEA Cashier assists all guests/visitors with by answering questions about the hotel, selling waterpark passes and distributing towels. Assists guests/visitors with questions about the property. Distributes towels to guests. Folds towels when needed Sells and distributes wristbands to guests and visitors. Credit card and Cash handling/reporting. Assists guests with FIRST AID needs as needed. Assists SEA lifeguards as needed. Assists in the distribution of wristbands for daily schools groups. Responsible for keeping the information area neat and organized. Responsible for playing the hourly activity announcements as well as emergency/evacuation announcements as needed.. Responsible for logging SEA operational area keys in/out. Distributes SEA equipment as needed (pool balls, ping pong balls, badminton equipment. Responsible for distribution and completion and collection of waterpark waivers. Restocks daily activity fliers. Answers phones. Promotes PIC Challenge Card program.

Qualification Requirements: Applicants must be able to pass American Red Cross First Aid/CPR certification courses. Applicant must possess strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. The position requires a minimum of three to six (3-6) months of previous work experience in a cash handling position. The ability to comprehend and speak Japanese, Korean or Russian language is preferred but not required. The position requires the ability to work under pressure and time constraints. The applicant must be able to stand for long periods of time. The applicant must be able to work on a flexible schedule which includes early morning hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
