| Job Duties: | The Best Sunshine Live Casino in Saipan is looking for SVP of Table Games. This applicant must be able to assume all responsibilities for the overall operation, supervision and administration of the Table Games department, including staffing, regulatory compliance, product acquisition, placement, productivity and maintenance, development and implementation of a business plan, annual operating and capital budget preparation, and customer service, that is aligned with company’s overall strategic direction. Ability to create, and promote innovations and ideas for analysis, forecasting and evaluating strategies to maximize revenue. Must establish and maintain a culture of integrity, teamwork and respect to ensure cooperation within all company departments. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent. Have at least 10 years or more of work experience in senior casino management. Have a proven track record of effective and successful management within the gaming industry, and have experience in leading the opening of new casinos. Ability to establish and maintain a positive and professional working relationships with all individuals. Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers and work as a team. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and Cantonese. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced multi-tasking, hands-on environment. |
