| Job Duties: | The Best Sunshine Live Casino in Saipan is looking for SVP of Electronic Gaming. This applicant must be able to assume all responsibilities for the overall management including staffing, regulatory compliance, product acquisition, placement, productivity and maintenance, development and implementation of a business plan, annual operating and capital budget preparation, and customer service for the Electronic Gaming division that is aligned with company’s overall strategic direction. Must establish and maintain a culture of integrity, teamwork and respect to ensure the long-term continued growth and profitability of the Electronic Gaming division. Ability to direct the research, development, implementation and evaluation of new Electronic Gaming products, services, promotions, technology, processes, etc., contributing to company’s competitive position. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent. Must have at least ten 10 years or more of work senior level experience in electronic Gaming segment in Asian Electronic Gaming market. Extensive knowledge of electronic gaming devices, slots, slot floor design, slot systems, slot technology, and player tracking systems. Ability to establish and maintain a positive and professional working relationships with all individuals. Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers and work as a team. Must have solid decision-making, organization, and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and Cantonese. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced multi-tasking, hands-on environment. |
