| Job Duties: | The Best Sunshine Live Casino in Saipan is looking for VP of Human Resources. This applicant must be able to assume all responsibilities for the overall direction and administration of the human resource function in accordance with corporate policies and standards. Responsibilities include directing all the functions with the ethical and social consciences of business and society of the laws, regulations and administrative rulings of governmental organizations and other regulatory and advisory authorities and organizations. Areas of responsibility include employment, employee relations, training, compensation, benefits and employee programs and functions. Responsible for strategically recruiting and retaining best talent available on a timely basis following the law, policies, practices and trends of the industry. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent required. Knowledge in US employment law application and compliance required. SPHR preferred. Must have at least 5 years or more of work experience in human resource management, with at least 5 years at senior executive level, hospitality preferred. Ability to establish and maintain a positive and professional working relationships with all individuals. Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers and work as a team. Must have solid decision-making, organization, and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and Cantonese. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage. Have experience in managing the human resources function in a sizable organization of minimum 3,000 employees with multiple business units. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced multi-tasking, hands-on environment. |
