| Job Duties: | The Best Sunshine Live Casino in Saipan is looking for VP Gaming Projects & Administration. This applicant must be able to assume all responsibilities for planning gaming projects with Casino operations, both internal and external Project Teams and other Support Teams. Leads Gaming Projects and Administration team to follow the project progress and ensure gaming related programs are under proper supervision. Provides administrative support to Executive Office and encourage teamwork and good cooperation within the department, and other departments. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related discipline required. At least seven (7) years’ experience in gaming industry, including experience with Gaming planning and related business development. Extensive knowledge of table games layout, slots, slot floor design, slot systems, slot technology, table games systems, player tracking systems, and other gaming categories as necessary. Extensive skills, knowledge and experience in gaming management and competence to provide excellent administrative advice and support for Casino Operations. Must have solid decision-making, organization, and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and Cantonese. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage. Advanced organizational skills required and have excellent gaming product knowledge. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced multi-tasking, hands-on environment. Ability to establish and maintain a positive and professional working relationships with all individuals. |
