Assumes responsibility and accountability for the practice of professional nursing in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act and standards for home health nursing. 2. Promotes personal safety and a safe environment for clients and coworkers. 8. Participates in ongoing, professional self-development. 9. Supervises applicable home care team members as delegated by RN Case Manager/Clinical Supervisor. 10. Carries out treatment and education according to Plan of Care. 11. Current driver’s license, good driving record, and own reliable transportation. 5. CPR or BLS Certified 6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. English language. |
