| Job Duties: | Job responsibilities includes, scheduling patients; maintaining and record keeping of patient’s dental records: prepare and submit dental claims, prepare daily collection and deposit report; monitor receivables and prepare billing statements and accounts payable schedules; review timesheets and prepare bi-weekly payroll of employees; file business taxes like monthly business gross revenue tax, quarterly employees withholding tax, FICA tax; process government permits and licenses required in the business; record daily business transactions using PEACHTREE accounting software; analyze, examine and reconcile accounts to maintain the accuracy and completeness of the financial statement; report to management regarding the finances of the business. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Employer Preference: must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Major in Accounting with 2 years experience as an accountant in a dental clinic and with knowledge on various accounting software. Knowledge on the preparation of dental claims and various dental insurances preferred. Must be loyal, trustworthy and flexible enough to work under pressure and with no supervision. |
