Job Title: Aviation Refueller Supervisor
Job Duties: Executes and complies with ExxonMobil's systems controls, policies and guidelines by using aviation manuals and procedures and adhering to government and industry standards. Ensures that only clean, dry and on-specification fuel is delivered to aircraft safely and efficiently. Supervises and request authorization to perform facility or equipment maintenance and repair to improve operations' safety and efficiency in the most economical manner. Oversees all aspects of aviation products, assets and materials used in a safe and efficient manner. Supervises the facility's employees performance of assigned duties during the shift. Recommends actions on equipment's maintenance and repairs to the Aviation Depot Superintendent. Stewards contractor performance with respect to contract deliverables. Provides his superior with the recommended materials listing of spare parts requirements and assists in repairs of specialty items as required. Reports to his superior the current developments at the facility during the shift.
High School Diploma Required? Undetermined
Qualification Requirements: Supervisory experience in safe petroleum handling, storage and movement or related field. Understanding of aviation and federal regulations as applicable to petroleum handling, storage and distribution. Must be able to work shifts based on 24-hour work day, work extended hours, weekends and holidays. Good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate orally and in writing in English. Preference will be given to candidates with the following skills: >Experience in aviation operations > Previous experience in petroleum handling and storage >Previous experience in petroleum industry
