| Job Duties: | Prepares/inputs daily collection. Monitors company receivables, prepares statement of accounts, follow-ups collection and receipts of payments. Received collections from customers and deliverymen. Monitors trade and non-trade company payables. Handles receivable & payable inquiries and prepares reconciliation. Receives & process customers’ orders by phone and may also assist walk-in customers. Monitors and prepares documents for the renewals of various business permits/licenses and insurance. Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting or other tax requirements. Prepares journal/adjusting entries and reconcile bank balances. Handles and give recommendations on how to resolve accounting issues/discrepancies arising on the daily operations. Prepares, examines, or analyzes accounting records, financial statements, to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Directs and coordinates activities of clerical workers performing accounting and bookkeeping tasks. May also go out of the office to do some errands. May be required to do other jobs. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with at least 5 years experience in wholesale & retail business. Proficiency in general ledger, tax computations and preparation of financial statements is a must. Qualified applicant must have a clean track record, honest, dependable and trustworthy. Proficiency in Microsoft Word programs & wholesale software system is a must. Valid driver’s license is required. |
