| Job Duties: | Position Overview: The primary responsibility of the Assistant Manager of VIP Services is to assist the VIP Services Manager in managing all day to day operations of VIP Services, while also providing the entire VIP Services Management team with operational and procedural assistance. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Company policies, practices, and procedures. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Manages assigned VIP Services operational functions within the department consistent with the strategic plan and vision for the department. Provides input into the research, development, evaluation and implementation of new products, services, technology and processes to ensure Company competitive position and in anticipation of changing customer needs within the dynamic hospitality and gaming environment. Key Processes Assists in the management of Human Resources responsibilities for the department to include: hiring of new team members, promotions, creating a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction; quality hiring, training and succession planning processes that encompass the company’s diversity commitment; adherence to the company’s status quo third party representation philosophy; compliance with company policies, and legal requirements. Leadership Manages the delivery and measurement of guest service to VIP guests consistent with the company’s core service standards and brand attributes. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Applicants must be at least 22 years of age. Must possess good communications skills in spoken English and Mandarin. Have interpersonal skills with focused attention to guest needs to deal effectively with all business contacts. Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company appearance standards. Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Must have 2-3 years of VIP Services experience required, Casino Services experience preferred. Strong customer service skills required. Must have strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a high stress environment. |
