| Job Duties: | Develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel. • Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems. • Develop staffing strategies and implement plans and programs to identify talent within and outside the corporation for positions of responsibility. • Implements and updates compensation program, rewrites job description as necessary, analyze compensation, monitors performance evaluation program. • Develops, recommends, and implements personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains handbook on policies and procedures; performs benefits administration to include claims resolution. • Conducts recruitment effort for exempt and nonexempt personnel. Conducts new-employee orientation, monitors career pathing program, employee relations counseling, exit interviewing, writes and place advertisements. • Establishes and maintains department records and reports. Participate in management meetings and attends other meetings such as meetings with clients and seminars. • Evaluates reports and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. • Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Applicants must be a graduate of a four-year bachelor’s degree preferably in Business or Management. Must be an experienced leader and human resource executive for a minimum of 2-4 years experience in HR field. Appropriate knowledge and experience in Food Service Management a plus. • Applicants must be energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image. Must be able to work under high pressure environment with stringent deadline. • An articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills. • A good educator who is trustworthy and willing to share information and serve as a mentor. • An excellent facilitator who is experienced in resolving conflicts between different parties to a dispute. • A decisive individual who possesses a strategic focus as well as an operational, implementation and detail oriented perspective. Language Skills • Ability to read, analyze and interpret the most complex human resource related documents. • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. • Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentation on complex topics to employee groups, and management. |
