Job Title: Maintenance Electrician
Job Duties: Responsible for midnight operation of engineering department from electrical power generation, water system operation centralized air-conditioning operation and kitchen equipments maintenance. Responsible for maintenance of hotel laundry machines and kitchen equipments. Allocate 60% of his time in the maintenance and repair of kitchen and laundry machines. Check, service and prepare all kitchen equipments for next day use, such as: Clean all kitchen gas range burners and test units every night, Every night periodic cleaning of all kitchen grease traps, and Check and maintain all kitchen drainage system. Periodic servicing and maintenance and troubleshooting of kitchen equipments such as meat saw, meat grinder, meat slicer, coffee urn, steam kettle, bakeshop oven, microwave oven, bakeshop mixer. Periodic servicing and maintenance and trouble shooting of all laundry equipments such as 2 big electric clothes dryer, 2 big clothes washer, 2 small clothes dryer and 2 small clothes washer. Allocate 40% of his time to perform the following task: Attend all job request for engineering during his shift such as electrical, plumbing, electronics or mechanical in nature, such as Plumbing, Electrical, Electronics and Mechanical. To perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: Must be a High School Graduate or GED equivalent. Must be a Trade School Graduate in any electrical course is preferable. Must have 2-3 years experience as hotel electrician . Must have at least 1-2 years experience in the repair and maintenance of kitchen equipments and laundry equipments. Must know how to operate, electrical equipments like RO machines, water pumps, chemical pumps. Must know how to read, analyze electrical diagram and troubleshoot electrical control problems. Proficient in English language. Knowledge and experience in the operation of Power Generation is preferable. Must be flexible at all times and a definite Team Player. U.S. Citizen preferred or a Green Card Holder.
