| Job Duties: | Responsible for providing administrative and clerical services to record, track, provide and maintain safe, efficient and accurate employee accommodations and services. Prepare routine and special reports as directed; Maintain current and accurate record of all tenants; Maintain current and accurate schedule of all approved services to be provided to the facilities; Record incidents on tenant ledger cards; Provide ongoing customer services to staff as requested and within guidelines; Present Staff Housing Agreement and review rules and policies with new staff tenants; Assign new tenants rooms and assist in check-in and check out process; Ensure & provide a safe & healthy environment for our tenants |

| Qualification Requirements: | High school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.) preferred. Three to six months front desk experience preferred. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, and to sit, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. |
