| Job Duties: | The incumbent in this position is responsible for managing, training team members within Players Club department on daily operations. Provide excellent customer service when assisting Slot/Table members of Best Sunshine/Grand Mariana Club. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Best Sunshine Live’s Policies, practices and procedure. Develops promotions for the Players Club on a continual basis. Observes and improves customer service techniques throughout the casino. Responsible for recording keeping of all events. Ensures events comply with Gaming Policies. Resolves all issues or requests from customers. Propose all purchase orders. Assist in Developing budget and ensures department is running to projections and expenses. Oversees the supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution; evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions; motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance. Communicates with customer service standards to customers. Creates an environment that compliments service. Develops techniques for reinforcing customer relations. Develops ongoing customer service training to Players Club staff. Ensures the appropriate welcoming of groups brought in by bussing, limousine or marketing as they arrive at the casino and helps them through the Players Club environment. Verifies payroll hours and makes corrections or changes. Verifies department logs and summary logs; assigns job duties. Verifies staff working schedule and approve leave request. Updates department policies and procedures. Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes related results as required. Handle all HR related process which include but not limited to hiring, new employee training, team members disciplinary actions, payroll and performance review. Attends and develops in all training sessions offered by Best Sunshine International. Performs any other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Skills and abilities are required through the completion of a high school degree or equivalent, with good communication skills. 1-2 years direct work experience in Casino Operations with focus on table games, Players Club, Casino Events and Promotions and overseas junket operations experience with at least 1 year in supervisory level. Knowledge of supervisory techniques. Knowledge of players club, player’s development, casino event and promotions and casino operations. Knowledge of modern office practices, procedures and equipment. Knowledge of principles and practices of public relations, promotions and marketing in a customer service oriented environment. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to foster a cooperative work environment. Ability to interpret a variety of instruction furnished in written and oral form. Knowledge of computer utilization in marketing/business operations. Skill in operating business computer and office machines, including in a Windows environment, specifically Word, Excel, Access and presentation software such as PowerPoint. Must be enthusiastic and display a positive demeanor and maintain composure under all circumstances and fit well in the company's service and operational culture. Must be able to stand for long period of time and work in an environment. Must be able to perform shift duties, work on weekends/public holiday and overnight. Must be able to secure a CNMI gaming license. |
