Job Title: Players Club Supervisor
Job Duties: The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing excellent customer service when assisting Slot/Table members of Best Sunshine/Grand Mariana Club. Supervise and direct Players Club representative on daily operations. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Best Sunshine Live’s Policies, practices and procedure. Coordinate and share information with other departmental shift supervisor/managers. Responsible for scheduling, recording attendance, issuing reprimands and employee appraisals. Assist in the hiring process and new employee training. Assist in coordination / execution of events/ promotions related to the Players Club. Assure accurate departmental paperwork trails, inventory and maintenance. Communicate on a regular basis and reports any problem when necessary with the Players Club Manager regarding operations. Maintains and enforces departmental policies and procedures. Oversees the supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution; evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions; motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance. Communicates with customer service standards to customers. Creates an environment that compliments service. Develops techniques for reinforcing customer relations. Delivers ongoing customer service training to Player's Club staff. Greets groups brought in by bussing or marketing as they arrive at the casino and helps them through the Player's Club environment. Verifies department logs and summary logs; assigns job duties. Review and recommends updates for department policies and procedures. Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes related results as required. Ability to demonstrate and practice outstanding customer service at all times. Attends and develops in all training sessions offered by Best Sunshine International. Performs any other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: Skills and abilities are required through the completion of a high school degree or equivalent, with good communication skills. 1-2 years direct working experience in Casino, Players Club and Casino Marketing experience. Experience of handling VIP is an advantage. Knowledge of supervisory techniques. Knowledge of players club, player’s development, casino event and promotions and casino operations. Knowledge of modern office practices, procedures and equipment. Knowledge of principles and practices of public relations, promotions and marketing in a customer service oriented environment. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to foster a cooperative work environment. Ability to interpret a variety of instruction furnished in written and oral form. Knowledge of computer utilization in marketing/business operations. Skill in operating business computer and office machines, including in a Windows environment, specifically Word, Excel, Access and presentation software such as PowerPoint. Must be enthusiastic and display a positive demeanor and maintain composure under all circumstances and fit well in the company's service and operational culture. Must be able to stand for long period of time and work in an environment. Must be able to perform shift duties, work on weekends/public holiday and overnight. Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests. Able communicate with customer in English, knowing how to communicate with customer in Korean, Japanese, Mandarin is preferred. Must be able to secure a CNMI gaming license.
