| Job Title: | Building Maintenance Repairer |
| Job Duties: | Able to perform general building maintenance (plumbing, electrical, toilet tank, painting, cleaning and minor repairs of water pump, building and roof). Able to do general maintenance of generator and air con including minor repair. Able to do landscaping and fixing of parking areas. Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as looking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazard are not created. Put and remove typhoon shutters. General maintenance of company car including change oil. Clean the public toilet on building daily. Follow procedures for the use and mixing of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. General maintenance and minor repair of bush cutter and lawn mower and other equipment. Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Minimum High School Diploma, plus 2 years recent experience doing general maintenance work in commercial building or other commercial establishments. Must be able to work flexible hours & days. Must be of excellent physical health to lift and use heavy cleaning equipment and furniture and fixtures. Applicant must be a good moral character, be able to work flexible hours, good work ethics, reliable, and stress tolerant.
