| Job Duties: | 1) Collect data on work environments for analysis by occupational health and safety specialists. Implement and conduct evaluation of programs designed to limit chemical, physical, biological, and ergonomic risks to workers. 2) Test workplaces for environmental hazards, such as exposure to radiation, chemical or biological hazards, or excessive noise. 3) Verify availability or monitor use of safety equipment, such as hearing protection or respirators. 4) Supply, operate, or maintain personal protective equipment. 5) Evaluate situations or make determinations when a worker has refused to work on the grounds that danger or potential harm exists. 6) Maintain all required environmental records and documentation. 7) Prepare the HSE plans, make target and relevant regulations and the approved procedures. 8) Identify and control the hazardous resources on site, organize site HSE check and monitor to rectification. Punish the behavior of violation of HSE rules. 9) Organize the safety education to site personnel, ensure effective entrance safety permission. 10) Plan and organize the emergency maneuver, improve the safety emergency plan and keep its effectiveness continuously. 11) Investigate the incurred hurt and man-hour loss incident, come up with the dealt solution and carry out the correction & prevention measures. 12) Advise the safety articles and use to ensure the effectiveness of the safety. 13) Use the methods of training, activities, advice etc to enhance safety awareness and knowledge. |

| Qualification Requirements: | 1) Bachelor degree or above in safety engineering 2) Be familiar with the national & industrial laws and regulations for safety, be familiar with the safety management procedure, be familiar with the regulations, codes ,order and system of steel structure. 3) Safety Officer’s Certificate required. 4) Proficient in using office software. 5) Good command of communication, coordination and team-working ability. 6) Ability to understand relevant terminology in Chinese and in English preferred. |
